Musafir Fleet Operating Terms & Guidelines
- Vehicles are provided strictly with verified, experienced mountain drivers.
- If Transport-Only service is rented: fuel, toll taxes, traffic violation fines, and driver food/stay are the client's responsibility.
- Any interior vehicle damage caused by negligence will be charged to the traveler.
- Vehicle must be kept clean; otherwise cleaning charges may apply upon return.
- Overspeeding, hazardous driving requests, illegal activities, or sub-renting are strictly prohibited.
- CNIC copy is mandatory for all transport bookings.
- Transport Cancellation: 3 Days Prior — 50% Refund; Less than 3 Days — NO Refund.
- Standard Driving Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM. Night travel is subject to driver consent and additional night charges.
